**2. Construction precautions** #### **

1. Base treatment** - **Cleaning requirements**: The surface of the base must be smooth, dry, free of oil, dust, loose particles, etc., and the moisture content should be ≤8%. - **Repair and Grinding**: Fill the cracks and holes, and use a grinder to grind the entire surface to a uniform roughness. - **Acid washing or shot blasting**: It is recommended to pickle or shot blast the concrete base layer to enhance adhesion. #### **

2. Environmental conditions** - **Temperature**: The construction environment temperature is recommended to be 5℃~35℃. Avoid low or high temperature operations. - **Humidity**: Relative humidity ≤75%. Too high may cause the paint film to turn white and delay curing. - **Ventilation**: Maintain good ventilation, but avoid direct strong winds to prevent the paint film surface from drying too quickly.

3. Add 10% water, stir evenly and then apply, the dosage is 0.05kg per square meter.

4. **Maintenance time**: After the construction is completed, it needs to be cured for more than 2 days before it can be put into use. During this period, avoid heavy pressure or flooding. #### **

5. Precautions** -

**Proportion and mixing**: Strictly follow the product instructions (if it is a two-component product), stir thoroughly and avoid air bubbles. -

**Tool Cleaning**: Clean tools with water immediately after use to prevent paint from curing. 

- **Inter-layer treatment**: Before each layer of painting, make sure that the previous coating is completely dry, and sand it if necessary to enhance adhesion. 

- **Avoid contamination**: During the construction process, dust, water droplets or impurities must be prevented from falling into the uncured paint film. 

- **Special Areas**: Corners, gaps, pipes and other areas need to be treated carefully to avoid missing paint.
